Services we provide
Contextread provides SEO, AI SEO, PPC, social media marketing, web design, website development, UI/UX design, content writing, branding, employer branding, and creative advertising services. The exact scope of any engagement is set out in a separate proposal or statement of work agreed with you.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate briefs, brand assets, and account access needed to complete the work
- Review and approve deliverables within the timelines agreed
- Ensure you have the rights to any material you share with us
Fees and payment
Fees, payment schedules, and invoicing terms are set out in your proposal or statement of work. Late payments may pause active work until settled.
Intellectual property
Ownership of project deliverables transfers to you on full payment, unless otherwise agreed. See our Intellectual Property Policy for details.
Limitation of liability
We work to deliver services professionally and on schedule, but we don't guarantee specific business outcomes such as rankings, traffic, or sales, since these depend on factors outside our control. Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement in line with the notice period set out in the proposal or statement of work. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka having jurisdiction.
