What you'll do as an Operations Manager
You'll join our Operations team, working alongside 150+ specialists across SEO, content, design, and paid media. You'll work on Operations for clients across internal operations across all client-facing teams — the same industries we've served since 2012.
This isn't a solo role. You'll work with a dedicated account manager and cross-functional team on every account, so your work turns into real results, not just a report nobody reads.

What this job involves day to day
Process management
Own and improve day-to-day operating processes across teams.
Resourcing
Track team capacity and help allocate resources across projects.
Vendor & admin
Manage vendor relationships and office administration needs.
Reporting
Maintain operational dashboards and reports for leadership.
Cross-team support
Support SEO, marketing, creative, and client servicing teams operationally.
Continuous improvement
Identify and fix operational bottlenecks as the company scales.
