What you'll do as a Motion Graphics Designer
You'll join our Design team, working alongside 150+ specialists across SEO, content, design, and paid media. You'll work on Design for clients across fintech, retail, healthcare, real estate, and more — the same industries we've served since 2012.
This isn't a solo role. You'll work with a dedicated account manager and cross-functional team on every account, so your work turns into real results, not just a report nobody reads.

What this job involves day to day
Brief interpretation
Turn client and internal briefs into clear creative concepts.
Visual design
Design graphics, layouts, and assets for digital and print use.
Brand consistency
Keep every client's visual identity consistent across campaigns.
Cross-team collaboration
Work closely with content, social, and video teams on shared campaigns.
Revisions
Incorporate feedback quickly while protecting design quality.
Staying current
Track design trends and tools relevant to each client's industry.
Requirements & skills
Must-haves
- ✓ Strong portfolio showing range across digital and print design
- ✓ Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or Figma
- ✓ A good eye for typography, colour, and layout
- ✓ Comfortable taking feedback and iterating quickly
