What you'll do as a Media Buyer
You'll join our Performance Marketing team, working alongside 150+ specialists across SEO, content, design, and paid media. You'll work on Performance Marketing for clients across fintech, retail, healthcare, real estate, and more — the same industries we've served since 2012.
This isn't a solo role. You'll work with a dedicated account manager and cross-functional team on every account, so your work turns into real results, not just a report nobody reads.

As Contextread has grown to 480+ clients and 3,500+ completed projects, our Performance Marketing team is expanding to keep turnaround times at 7 to 20 working days without cutting corners on quality.
What this job involves day to day
Campaign setup
Build and launch paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
Budget management
Manage daily and monthly budgets to hit client CPL, CPA, or ROAS targets.
Creative & copy briefing
Brief design and content teams on ad creative and copy that fits each campaign.
A/B testing
Run structured tests on creative, audiences, and bidding to improve performance over time.
Tracking & reporting
Set up conversion tracking and report spend, leads, and ROI to clients monthly.
Staying current
Track platform policy and algorithm changes and adjust bidding strategy proactively.
Requirements & skills
Must-haves
- ✓ Hands-on experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads Manager
- ✓ Comfortable with GA4 and conversion tracking setup
- ✓ An analytical mindset — comfortable reading spend and ROI data
- ✓ Clear written and verbal communication, for client-facing reports
Good to have
- ✓ Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification
- ✓ Experience with LinkedIn Ads or programmatic platforms
- ✓ Prior agency experience managing live ad budgets
- ✓ Interest in AI-driven bidding and automation
