What you'll do as an HR Manager
You'll join our Human Resources team, working alongside 150+ specialists across SEO, content, design, and paid media. You'll work on Human Resources for clients across internal hiring, culture, and people operations — the same industries we've served since 2012.
This isn't a solo role. You'll work with a dedicated account manager and cross-functional team on every account, so your work turns into real results, not just a report nobody reads.

As Contextread has grown to 480+ clients and 3,500+ completed projects, our Human Resources team is expanding to keep turnaround times at 7 to 20 working days without cutting corners on quality.
What this job involves day to day
Recruitment
Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for open roles across departments.
Onboarding
Run onboarding for new hires so their first weeks are smooth and clear.
Employee relations
Be a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Policy & compliance
Maintain HR policies and ensure day-to-day compliance.
Engagement
Support culture and engagement initiatives across the team.
Reporting
Track hiring and retention metrics and report to leadership.
Requirements & skills
