What you'll do as an Event Marketing Manager
You'll join our Event Marketing team, working alongside 150+ specialists across SEO, content, design, and paid media. You'll work on Event Marketing for clients across fintech, retail, healthcare, real estate, and more — the same industries we've served since 2012.
This isn't a solo role. You'll work with a dedicated account manager and cross-functional team on every account, so your work turns into real results, not just a report nobody reads.

As Contextread has grown to 480+ clients and 3,500+ completed projects, our Event Marketing team is expanding to keep turnaround times at 7 to 20 working days without cutting corners on quality.
What this job involves day to day
Event planning
Plan client and brand events from concept through execution.
Vendor coordination
Coordinate venues, vendors, and logistics for each event.
Promotion
Work with social and content teams to promote events pre and post.
On-ground execution
Manage on-ground logistics and troubleshoot issues during events.
Budget tracking
Track event budgets and vendor costs against plan.
Reporting
Report attendance, engagement, and outcomes to clients.
Requirements & skills
