What you'll do as a Digital Project Manager
You'll join our Project Management team, working alongside 150+ specialists across SEO, content, design, and paid media. You'll work on Project Management for clients across fintech, retail, healthcare, real estate, and more — the same industries we've served since 2012.
This isn't a solo role. You'll work with a dedicated account manager and cross-functional team on every account, so your work turns into real results, not just a report nobody reads.

What this job involves day to day
Project planning
Plan timelines, resourcing, and milestones across client projects.
Cross-team coordination
Coordinate SEO, content, design, dev, and paid media on shared deliverables.
Risk tracking
Spot delays or blockers early and adjust plans to keep projects on track.
Status reporting
Keep clients and internal stakeholders updated on project status.
Process improvement
Refine workflows and templates to make delivery smoother over time.
Tooling
Maintain project boards and documentation so nothing falls through the cracks.
Requirements & skills
Must-haves
- ✓ Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- ✓ Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders at once
- ✓ Clear written and verbal communication
- ✓ Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar)
Good to have
- ✓ PMP, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum certification
