You'll join our Digital Marketing team, working alongside 150+ specialists across SEO, content, design, and paid media. You'll work on Digital Marketing for clients across fintech, retail, healthcare, real estate, and more — the same industries we've served since 2012.
This isn't a solo role. You'll work with a dedicated account manager and cross-functional team on every account, so your work turns into real results, not just a report nobody reads.

What this job involves day to day
Channel planning
Plan the right mix of SEO, paid, social, and content for each client's goals and budget.
Campaign execution
Set up and run digital campaigns across search, social, and display channels.
Cross-team coordination
Brief the SEO, content, design, and paid media teams so campaigns launch on time.
Performance tracking
Track spend, leads, and ROI using GA4 and channel-native dashboards.
Client reporting
Turn campaign data into clear monthly reports that explain results, not just numbers.
Staying current
Track platform and algorithm changes across channels and adjust strategy proactively.
Requirements & skills
Must-haves
- ✓ Working knowledge of SEO, paid media, and social fundamentals
- ✓ Comfortable with GA4, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager
- ✓ Clear written and verbal communication, for client-facing reports
- ✓ Comfortable managing multiple channels and deadlines at once
Good to have
- ✓ Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification
- ✓ Experience with marketing automation or CRM tools
- ✓ Prior agency experience, or a digital marketing internship
- ✓ Interest in AI-assisted marketing and search behaviour
