What you'll do as a Corporate Headshot Photographer
You'll join our Video & Photography team, working alongside 150+ specialists across SEO, content, design, and paid media. You'll work on Video & Photography for clients across fintech, retail, healthcare, real estate, and more — the same industries we've served since 2012.
This isn't a solo role. You'll work with a dedicated account manager and cross-functional team on every account, so your work turns into real results, not just a report nobody reads.

As Contextread has grown to 480+ clients and 3,500+ completed projects, our Video & Photography team is expanding to keep turnaround times at 7 to 20 working days without cutting corners on quality.
What this job involves day to day
Shoot planning
Plan shoots, shot lists, and equipment needs for client projects.
Production
Shoot video or photography on location or in-studio for client briefs.
Editing
Edit footage or images into polished, on-brand final deliverables.
Collaboration
Work with design and social teams so output fits each campaign.
Asset management
Organise and archive raw and final files for easy client access.
Staying current
Track formats and styles trending across social and corporate video.
Requirements & skills
Must-haves
- ✓ Strong portfolio or showreel across relevant formats
- ✓ Proficiency with editing tools such as Premiere Pro or Lightroom
- ✓ A good eye for composition, lighting, and pacing
- ✓ Comfortable working on location with clients and teams
Good to have
- ✓ Experience with drone or gimbal work
- ✓ Basic motion graphics or colour grading skills
- ✓ Prior agency or studio experience
- ✓ Own equipment or willingness to use in-house gear
