What you'll do as a Client Relationship Manager
You'll join our Client Servicing team, working alongside 150+ specialists across SEO, content, design, and paid media. You'll work on Client Servicing for clients across fintech, retail, healthcare, real estate, and more — the same industries we've served since 2012.
This isn't a solo role. You'll work with a dedicated account manager and cross-functional team on every account, so your work turns into real results, not just a report nobody reads.

As Contextread has grown to 480+ clients and 3,500+ completed projects, our Client Servicing team is expanding to keep turnaround times at 7 to 20 working days without cutting corners on quality.
What this job involves day to day
Client relationships
Be the day-to-day point of contact for a set of client accounts.
Scope & briefs
Translate client requirements into clear briefs for internal teams.
Timelines
Track deliverables and deadlines across SEO, content, design, and paid media.
Reporting
Prepare and present monthly reports and reviews to clients.
Upsell & renewals
Spot opportunities to expand scope and support renewal conversations.
Issue resolution
Catch and resolve delivery issues before they become client escalations.
Requirements & skills
